We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 
Solution Architect
 to lead the design and delivery of IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 
hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies
, and will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions that meet client and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions involving hardware, networking, virtualization, software, and cloud.
  • Develop architecture blueprints, high-level designs (HLD), and low-level designs (LLD).
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams to create proposals, RFP responses, and BoMs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate with different OEM / Distributor / supplier / Vendors
  • Ensure solutions align with best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
  • Support deployment teams during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct POCs, technical workshops, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Hardware
    : Servers, storage, endpoint devices, UPS, IoT devices
  • Networking
    : Routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs
  • Software
    : OS (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), databases
  • Cloud Platforms
    : Azure, AWS (certifications preferred)
  • Security
    : Endpoint security, network security, IAM
  • Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards.
