Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Customer Service Management Specialist to join our team at ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires a strong background in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow CRM Portals using out-of-the-box capabilities and customizations. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing ServiceNow portal widgets, custom UI pages, and business rules to meet specific client needs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and enhance the CRM portal functionality. They will also customize the ServiceNow Service Portal and UI framework for an optimized and user-friendly experience.

A key responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and CRM systems. The candidate should be proficient in implementing best practices for ServiceNow development, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.

Additionally, they will create and maintain documentation for the development processes, code, and portal configurations. Troubleshooting, testing, and debugging issues related to CRM portal functionalities will also be part of their duties.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow CRM Portal using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities and customizations.
  • Customization: Develop ServiceNow portal widgets, custom UI pages, and business rules to meet specific client needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and enhance the CRM portal functionality.
  • Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and CRM systems.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the development processes, code, and portal configurations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, test, and debug issues related to CRM portal functionalities.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of ServiceNow's features and capabilities. A working knowledge of JIRA is also an added advantage.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
