About the Role:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Support function within GCIS at FRI FIL India Business and Research Services Private Limited plays a pivotal role in managing access to FIL applications and infrastructure. This team enforces principles of least privilege, operating in a controlled and regulated environment. Key tasks include provisioning/de-provisioning, access review and recertification, role management, access request support, audit support, and other access-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with the Role-Based Access Control approach.
  • Collaboration with business departments, data owners, and others to ensure Business Roles/Functional Roles are maintained, meeting business requirements.
  • Adherence to strict security procedures and Fidelity Information security policies and standards.
  • Ensuring a standard approach across all Business Roles and minimizing any anomalies.
  • Performing analysis and remediation activities to ensure security compliance.
  • Coordination with other Business Units for operational work.
  • Timely reporting of key tasks, issues, and findings to management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. A B.E./MCA/B Tech degree or any graduate with a diploma in Computers from a reputable institute is preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience in transformational projects for IAM technologies.
  • Good understanding of operational processes, listed in key responsibility areas.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management fundamentals and technologies, including NetIQ IAM technologies like NetIQ eDIR (Identity Manager), RSA Aveksa Compliance Manager, and Sailpoint IIQ/Identity Now Solution.
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control, Risk-Based Access Control, Role Engineering techniques, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Information Security Concepts and Domains, primarily in Access Control.
  • MCSE, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP certifications will be advantageous.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and corresponding security threats.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, with a 'can-do' attitude.
