Job Title: Tech Lead Identity

Join Ameriprise Financial as a Tech Lead Identity and be part of a team that establishes, supports, and continuously improves the enterprise information security policies, practices, and standards. This role will participate in on-going operational activities that serve to establish appropriate access to and provide the appropriate protection, confidentiality, integrity and availability of enterprise systems and data through effective security controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Governance platform.
  • Experience in RSA IMG aka Aveksa and SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Perform day-to-day operation, management, and administration activities of RSA IMG/Aveksa application to ensure environments are online and operating optimally using Configuration, Performance, and Capacity management best practices and standards.
  • Manage RSA IMG/Aveksa support queue and ensure all incidents and requests are resolved within the defined SLA and you will be contacted to resolve production/hosting related issues.
  • Resolve RSA/Aveksa Access Governance production issues using the appropriate resources to report, troubleshoot, and diagnose.
  • Develop and drive incident management processes, playbooks, and stakeholder communication mechanisms.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and risk management processes.
  • Adhere to Change, Release, Incident, Problem management processes.
  • Design, test, implement, maintain, and support current and future information security technologies, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent technical degree.
  • In-depth knowledge with at least 4-7 years of experience in RSA IMG aka Aveksa or SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of information security concepts with in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
  • Experience in developing applications using Java, J2EE components including Servlets, JSP, JDBC.
  • Should have experience in delivering IT projects, including requirements analysis, defining architecture, and conducting detailed technical design, development, and lead solution delivery.
  • Experience/knowledge in following technologies would be an added advantage: LDAP, PKI, SSL.
  • Should have experience in carrying out application integration with the IAM solution.
  • Should have direct client experience, including working with client teams in an on-site and offshore mode.
  • Knowledge of Linux, and Windows operating system.
  • High-level networking knowledge is preferred.
  • Desirable to have certifications in security domain, such as CISSP and CISA or any IAM product-specific certifications.
