Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Studio Director to lead the launch of our flagship Indian studio and shape its strategy, culture, and growth from inception. As a key member of our global leadership team, you will collaborate with internationally recognized studios and teams, working on high-profile commercial, data center, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an expansion-focused business plan for the Indian market.
  • Lead and mentor a local team to achieve professional goals, ensuring high standards of delivery.
  • Take oversight and responsibility for architectural projects at all work stages, ensuring desired results within our quality management system.
  • Manage resources and coordinate workflow between the Mumbai office and other global offices on joint projects.
  • Contribute to the company's visibility, reputation, and thought leadership through publishing articles, posts, or as a speaker on professional platforms and events.
Requirements
  • B.Arch / M.Arch degree, with international academic exposure highly desirable.
  • 15-22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit, with P&L responsibility, team leadership, and resourcing skills.
