The role of Senior Business Growth Manager involves leading the drive for business growth by identifying key markets, planning promotions, and executing activations based on primary data analysis. This includes managing account relationships to ensure long-term and short-term growth.

- Develop and implement strategic sales forecasting and planning to achieve long-term growth.
- Maintain market intelligence on customers within the region, mapping the market and tracking customer trends.
- Build a deep understanding of customer business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into potential business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture value-added relationships with core account teams and customers.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and manage the full customer lifecycle post-onboarding.
- Oversee billing processes and ensure payment collection from customers.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized list of target customers and focus sales efforts on penetrating and expanding these accounts.
- Negotiate, maintain, and update tariffs on technology-backed tariff management shipment booking portals.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior management at client businesses to facilitate decision-making actions needed for achieving desired results.
- Finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring establishment of SLAs for fulfilling each client's long-term goals.
- Contribute to generating new sales, building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for critical customers.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and relevant reports.
- Present business trends to senior management with recommendations for developing new services and products.
Education & Experience:
- MBA with 5-8 years of experience in sales.

- Ability to influence organizational outcomes across various boundaries.
- Excellent networking, influencing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
