Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our procurement and inventory management functions. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective receipt of goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, tracking stock movements and reporting on stock discrepancies
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
