**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a passionate **Executive - Supply Chain Operations **to join our team in Pune. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end supply chain operations support to business functions. You will be handling the entire supply chain operations ranging from identifying the potential supplier, RFQ, price negotiation, supplier selections, networking, and managing the supplier relationship. This role would require you to work closely with the leadership team, business heads, and vendors to maximize efficiency and productivity in supply chain operations.

**Job Summary**
- Research and identify potential suppliers and ensure that their products and services meet the internal requirement and specifications.
- Manage proposals, Request for Quotes (RFQ), and negotiate on purchase terms and conditions.
- Prepare and maintain vendor master data and rating scores according to key business criteria.
- Oversee Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR) and assess the issues if any and conduct a follow-up with the supplier for review and corrective action plan.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams for smooth Supply Chain Management (SCM) process and ensure strong supplier relations.
- Analyse industry and demand trends and support senior management with key development in SCM operations.

**Qualifications and **E**xperience**
- Any B.Tech degree or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Post Graduation in management is a plus.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Proven experience in supply chain management or similar domain.
- Highly motivated professional with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with external and internal teams.
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate initiative, positive work ethic, and high level of professionalism.
