Job title : - Supply Chain Manager(10 to 12 Years )

Location : - Pune

Qualifications  : - BE or MBA with suitable experience

Key responsibilities:

o Understanding of Automobile Industry dynamics ,Customer schedule& fluctuation's

o Optimizing all aspects of the supply chain strategy, from product procurement to

final delivery.

o Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve performance and

reduce costs

o MIS reporting, daily & monthly plan Vs actual target achievement.

o Budgeting & reporting freight cost & Inventory cost,

o Inventory accuracy & Cycle Count accuracy .

o Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems

o Negotiation with vendors & suppliers.

o Improve material handling systems on shop floor.

o Maintain 5S of Shop floor

o Close interaction with customer

o Daily meeting – Department / Operations / New RFQ / CFT for Quality / Safety

o IATF Documentation – PFD / PFMEA / Work Instruction / Procedures etc ..

o Continuous improvement / Kaizen / Poka Yoke etc ..

o SAP – SD& MM Module

o Capex forecasting

o Understand requirement from Customer.

o Manufacturing feasibility Study with CFT

o Work on Packaging, Logistics setup & available for RFQ volumes, Arrive Budget /

Building, Calculate Manpower/

o Getting Quotes from Suppliers, Negotiations on quote, Ordering, Work with

Supplier for development, Work with CFT for Design Approvals,

o Part Production trails at Supplier Site,

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):


• Team Player with Positive approach,


• Strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive supply chain improvements and lead a

team.


• Ability to use supply chain management software and related tools effectively.


• Financial acumen to understand and optimize the cost-effectiveness of the supply chain


• Knowledge of sheet Metal ,Rubber part's & its manufacturing processes


• Knowledge on MIG, Resistance Welding Processes, Assembly Processes, Grinding /

Automation


• Strong knowledge PFMEA & DFMEA


• Good Negotiation Skills,


• Knowledge on New technology & Process development & Launch


• Training and implementation of 5S, TPM & KAIZEN.


• Strong problem-solving skills.
