Supply Chain Management Lead Position

The position of Supply Chain Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of all supply chain activities within an organization.

This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.

In this capacity, the Supply Chain Management Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the management and coordination of all supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improve efficiency
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure supply chain performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs through process improvements and technology implementations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
