Role Overview:

  • Design motorcycle chassis and structural components with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate loads on parts to ensure structural integrity.
  • Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for complex systems.
  • Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Serviceability (DFS) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
  • Select materials based on factors such as strength, weight, cost, and durability.
  • Analyze and simulate designs to validate performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (Creo or similar).
  • Strong understanding of simulation tools for structural and thermal analysis.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as Assembly, Welding, Casting, Forging, and Machining.
