Senior Architect Job Overview

The Senior Architect role is a leadership position responsible for leading architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design leadership skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in supervising project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of architectural and interior projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
  • Oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion.
  • C coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/architects within the organization.
  • Responsible for business development and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
