","Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Management (HCM) professional with extensive experience in implementing and supporting HCM solutions to join our organization.

This role requires a minimum of 5-18 years of experience in the field, with expertise in core HR functions, absence management, payroll, talent management, recruitment cloud, time & labor, health & safety, security, and benefit administration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on Fusion Cloud, exposure to EBS, and knowledge of process flow, setup configuration, and common solutions to HCM modules. They should also possess expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong leadership to develop best practices for effective HCM support across the enterprise business process area.
