Technical Support Specialist

You will work directly with customers to resolve complex technical issues. You will be a critical thinker who can detail difficult problems to both non-technical and technical professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners.
  • Handle escalations from front-line and Tier 2 teams.
  • Offer configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers.
  • Manage support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups.
  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Publish technical support bulletins and documentation in the knowledge base.
  • Review technical documentation for training materials and other purposes.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Expertise with VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols.
  • Experience working with firewall management systems.
  • Strong ability to independently debug complex networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC OS is beneficial.
  • Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortinet products is beneficial.
