U.S. Tax Associate Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced U.S. tax professional to join our team as a remote full-time associate.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with U.S.-based professionals from the comfort of your home in India, supporting tax preparation, compliance, and accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of core accounting and taxation principles, strong English communication skills, and a willingness to learn U.S. tax systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various U.S. tax forms including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, 941, 940 etc.
  • Support year-round compliance tasks including bookkeeping and payroll tax filings.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls.

Requirements:

  • CA Inter-qualified via direct entry route (B.Com or equivalent degree).
  • Excellent understanding of core accounting and taxation principles.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness and ability to learn U.S. tax systems and procedures.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.

Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 lakhs per annum, paid monthly in INR.
  • Equivalent to $8,500 USD/year, depending on exchange rates.
