Senior Sales Account Executive

Join Schindler and help us shape the mobility of tomorrow. As a Senior Sales Account Executive - Elevators, you'll play a key role in managing and developing national key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key customers.
About the Role- You'll lead the development and implementation of strategies to manage and grow national key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and delivering value-added services.
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiation and partnership-building, ensuring seamless execution of bids and contracts.
We're looking for someone with expertise in similar positions in the elevator and escalator industry for at least five to seven years. You should have knowledge in elevator and escalator industry - products, Key Account Management, Selling skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills, English skills, and Customer oriented behavior.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) or MBA preferred.
