We are seeking a User Experience Design Intern to join our team and contribute to the design of innovative solutions for India.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic project focused on creating tools, resources, and opportunities for people in India. You will play a key role in piloting our app and future products, currently centered on private security guards in the Private Security Industry, and then expand beyond it.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop design assets – wireframes, components, UI layouts, or prototypes.
  2. Support UX research – usability testing, field interactions, or documenting user feedback.
  3. Collaborate with design team members, share updates, and learn new tools and processes.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but a graduate from any field can also apply if they have earned industry-recognized certifications in UX with an adequate portfolio to match.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in UX Design.
  • A small but thoughtful portfolio that showcases coursework, side projects, case studies, and self-initiated projects.
  • Proficiency in design software: Figma, Miro.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in more Indian languages, other than Hindi.
  • Tinkering with or using AI tools for research and design.
  • Having two smartphones.
