Job Title: Inventory Manager
This role oversees daily inventory operations, including Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Issue (GI) processing in SAP.
This position requires experience in inventory handling, SAP transactions, and store management procedures. The candidate should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze inventory trends and suggest improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Inventory Management:
- Manage receiving, storing, and issuing of stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels regularly.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- SAP Transactions & Documentation:
- Process GRN and GI transactions for received materials and stock issuance.
- Maintain documentation of stock movements in SAP and generate reports as required.
- Stock Issuance to Kitchen:
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw materials and consumables to the kitchen.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to manage inventory needs and avoid shortages.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Adhere to industry standards for inventory management.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory/store operations, preferably in hospitality or food industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (GRN & GI transactions required).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
