Store Operations Manager

A key role in our organization is responsible for overseeing the daily store operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

  • Daily Store Operations Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
  • Staff Supervision: The successful candidate will oversee a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Inventory Management: This role involves maintaining accurate inventory levels, including ordering, stock control, and reconciliation.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: The candidate will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, handling complaints and queries professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems: The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, with experience in managing inventory and store operations.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Industrial Tools and Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial tools, tackles, and consumables is essential for this role.
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field, preferably with 5+ years of store management experience in an industrial setup.
