Inventory Accuracy Specialist

Job Overview:

To ensure accurate inventory management across all warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Inventory Reconciliation: Compare physical stock with WMS data to identify discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  3. Quantity Tracking: Monitor inward, processed, and cancelled order quantities, ensuring accurate stock counts.
  4. Cycle Counting: Plan and execute regular cycle counting schedules for each customer, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
  5. Wall-to-Wall Counting: Coordinate comprehensive stock takes for all customers at least quarterly, maintaining high inventory accuracy standards.
  6. Accuracy and Loss Control: Maintain 99.65% inventory accuracy and less than 0.03% loss rates, meeting strict quality benchmarks.
  7. Auditor Support: Provide essential data to internal and external auditors, ensuring seamless compliance processes.
  8. High-Value Item Protection: Design and implement procedures to prevent loss of high-value items, eliminating potential risks.
  9. Damage Reduction: Minimize warehouse damage to inventory through proactive measures and efficient logistics.
  10. Packing Material Management: Regularly count and manage packing materials to maintain optimal stock levels.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Any graduate with strong analytical skills.

Experience: 5-7 years in a related field.

Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with various order processing software.

Internal Coordination: All departments involved in inventory management.

External Coordination: Suppliers, vendors, and customers as required.
