We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee various events. As an event coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of certain key projects that are assigned. You will need to understand the clients' requirements and act as the link between the client and production team. Your tasks will include conducting a recce with the client and production team, preparing a presentation for the client, working with agencies and briefing them if necessary, and creating a post-event report.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of certain key event projects
  • Understanding clients' requirements
  • Linking clients with production teams
  • Conducting site visits with clients and production teams
  • Preparing presentations for clients
  • Briefing agencies as needed
  • Creating detailed event checklists, event flows, and manpower allocations
  • Writing post-event reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in event management
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools
  • Able to lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining superb quality of work
  • Able to thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
