Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with participants via phone calls and messages for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Gather feedback from attendees after masterclasses and guide them on their next steps.
  • Maintain organized records in spreadsheets or databases (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Support seamless engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the mentor to understand how transformative programs are run.
Requirements
  • Empathetic, people-oriented candidates with strong communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth.
  • Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, messaging apps, and online tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
