Role Overview:

This role drives influencer-led initiatives to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty categories.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage beauty influencers/content creators.
  • Plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with trends in the beauty and personal care influencer space.
  • Maintain an influencer database with performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience preferably with beauty brands.
  • A proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and accountability at all times.
