Senior Quality Assurance Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and agile methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

This role involves ensuring the quality and stability of our Direct Platform & Apps, which is used by thousands of guests and hotel partners across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to test web and mobile platforms, identify bugs, and collaborate on resolutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing, writing, and executing comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on product requirements and user flows. You will also be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues using tools like JIRA, collaborating with developers to triage bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring releases are of high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in manual QA with web and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience testing customer-facing apps (preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce).
  • Familiarity with mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and tools like BrowserStack or physical devices.
  • Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports and test cases.
  • Good grasp of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Ability to use SQL for validating backend data.
