We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop actionable insights that inform commercial strategy.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, key stakeholders, and potential business partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations.
- Sales Strategy & Proposal Development:
- Support the creation of detailed business proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive offers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
- Project Coordination & Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and services.
- Align business development initiatives with company objectives.
- Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to business development activities.
- Analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or sales, ideally in [industry].
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Experience in developing and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.
