Key Role: Marketing Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our marketing team as an Assistant Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing initiatives to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and optimize sales.

The role requires the ability to undertake promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and awareness in metropolitan markets, as well as implementing and evaluating consumer promotions for new product concepts.

An additional key responsibility of this position is to manage the marketing department's budget and oversee corporate communications and other business development activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need good communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in BTL (below-the-line) activities, events, and strategic planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
