We are looking for a highly skilled Distributor Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and managing our distributor network across various regions.

About the Role:
  • Create a comprehensive distribution network by identifying potential distributors, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for each distributor, including primary and secondary targets, as well as the number of retail stores to be opened every month.
  • Manage sales to distributors and further to retail stores, ensuring timely invoicing and dispatch through the company.
  • Closely monitor distributor outstanding and strictly follow FIFO principles to ensure efficient collections.
  • Directly responsible for opening and servicing high-performing A+ category retail outlets.
  • Maintain optimal model mix and placement of focused products across all retail channels.
  • Lead the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing training, guidance, and support.
  • Monitor distributor inventory levels in terms of SKUs and overall stock management.
  • Implement effective merchandising and display strategies for our products across the entire area of operation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the mobile accessories or related industry.
  • Excellent market reputation for handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive business growth.
  • Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth, particularly in urban and rural areas.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
