**Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist Role**: We are seeking an experienced GIS professional to lead the development of our spatial data solutions.

  • Design and develop custom GIS applications, web-based mapping solutions, and geospatial workflows utilizing ESRI ArcGIS Suite.
  • Analyze user requirements to optimize tools and integrate GIS applications with enterprise systems and APIs, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Develop scripts and tools for data automation, analysis, and processing using Python/ArcPy, enabling rapid data insights and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimize spatial databases, create interactive maps, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance tuning, testing, and documentation of GIS solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for GIS-related issues and enhancements, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**: To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in GIS development, ESRI ArcGIS Suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online).
  • Proficiency in migrating Geocortex Essentials, VertiGIS Studio Suite, and ESRI Experience Builder.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, .NET, spatial databases (PostGIS, SQL Server), ETL/data transformation tools (FME, GDAL).
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks and APIs, experience integrating GIS with ERP/CRM systems.
