We are seeking a Candidate Support Professional to manage candidate communications, verify documentation and ensure seamless interactions.

This role requires a blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience. If you're proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • You will be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • You will review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • You will educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • You will document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.

Please note that this is a full-time internship opportunity requiring a minimum duration of 9 months. You'll work six days a week, Monday-Saturday, with regular breaks, and may occasionally need to work night shifts or Sundays.
