Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Brolly Labs LLC. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing social media campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have previous experience in social media management or coordination, preferably in a Web3 or digital marketing environment. They will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule, and contributing to the overall success of the campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Support: Assist in the management and execution of social media campaigns, including project planning, content creation, and timeline management.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Oversee the campaign content calendar, ensuring that all content aligns with client goals and strategic objectives.
- Project Management: Help manage operational aspects of social media projects, including tracking timelines, content review and approval, final deliverables, workflows, coordinating tasks among team members, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Growth and Community teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing strategies, maintaining a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools, preparing reports for the Social Lead, providing insights into campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Previous experience in social media management or coordination, preferably in a Web3 or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Twitter and YouTube.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for performance reporting.
- Experience in managing or coordinating creative content production.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonus opportunities.
