About the Role

As a Customer Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

  • You will lead by example, modeling Tesco values and creating a culture of engaged colleagues passionate about serving shoppers better.
  • Timely resolution of customer concerns within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain quality standards for customer interactions with high Customer Satisfaction scores.

Team Management:

  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Support team members with complex issue management and partner liaison.
  • Ensure team receives necessary training and development for quality service delivery.

Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor team members to deliver great service and perform operational transactions to high standards.
  • Contribute to customer service strategy development and execution.
  • Hold inspiring conversations, recognize great performance, and encourage focus on development and career aspirations.
