Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

">Job Description:

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of service centers. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with store managers and sales teams to ensure seamless service operations.

">Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain the upkeep of service centers
  • Liaise with store manager and sales team for service operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues
  • Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personnel
  • Responsible and accountable for service deliverables
  • Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary
  • Control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support of services
  • Manage costs expenses of service and care center within given guidelines
  • Ensure adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer calls
  • Provide necessary skills training to team members based on needs and gaps
  • Ascertain care center personnel are working in sync to support walk-in customers
">Education Requirement:

Degree Requirements: Diploma, B.E., B.Tech (Preferred)

">Experience Requirement:

6-10 years of experience in After Sales Service
