Experience a transformative opportunity in Finance Transformation. We are seeking an exceptional individual to assume the role of an Oracle EPM Functional Consultant. This position requires unparalleled expertise in Enterprise Performance Management tools, Financial Planning & Analysis, and strong knowledge of Oracle EPM/Finance.

Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards.

We seek candidates with 3+ years of experience as end users, power users, or administrators of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, such as PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Bonus skills: Chartered accountant, MBA finance, or background in finance; Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials); Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain; Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.)
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards
  • Desired Profile:
  • Key skills are Financial Planning and Analysis & PBCS
  • 3+ years of Hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • 3+ years of strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials)
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica
