Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Your Impact

In this role, you will design and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Gathering Business Requirements

Collect and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, and consolidation to inform the design of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

2. Designing Oracle EPM Cloud Solutions

Design and configure EPBCS modules, including Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, and Custom applications to meet business needs.

3. Implementing FCCS

Implement and maintain FCCS for financial close, consolidation, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

4. Developing Business Rules and Dashboards

Develop business rules, dashboards, Smart View templates, and financial reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

5. Managing Data Integrations

Manage data integrations using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent to ensure seamless data flow.

6. Supporting Budgeting and Financial Close Cycles

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and financial close cycles to ensure timely and accurate financial data.

What You Bring:

1. Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud

Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS and FCCS.

2. Strong Understanding of FP&A Processes

Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including consolidation and reporting.

3. Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools

Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Web Studio.

4. Knowledge of Metadata Management and Security

Knowledge of metadata management, security setup, and workflow administration to ensure secure and controlled access to financial data.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field.

2. 5+ Years of Relevant Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, including at least 2 years each in EPBCS and FCCS.
