Capital Markets & Investment Banking Advisory Manager

Leads capital market transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.

  • Directs clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensures all deals adhere to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and integrity.
  • Oversees end-to-end deal execution, from due diligence to coordinating with regulators and liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Conducts financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Nurtures and maintains strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries to foster business growth and opportunities.
  • Remains updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Supports in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver cohesive execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Chartered Accountant (CA) or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Commerce.

· 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory roles.

· Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.

· Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence.

· Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills to drive informed decision-making.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to effectively engage stakeholders.

· Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a significant advantage.
