About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our power electronics systems team.

  • Define and own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems
  • Lead the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems (10 kW to >5 MW)
  • Drive innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion for electrolyzer stacks
  • Partner with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with component vendors, contract manufacturers, and external design partners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant grid codes, EMC/EMI standards, UL, IEC, IEEE, or other regulatory frameworks

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in power electronics systems development
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with firmware development and testing
