Key ResponsibilitiesPlanview Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure Planview modules, including resource management, portfolio management, financial management, and reporting tools.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces based on business requirements.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations.
- Identify gaps and propose tailored solutions to maximize Planview's functionality.
System Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate Planview with other enterprise tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration platforms).
- Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test cases to validate configurations and integrations.
- Ensure the system meets functional and technical requirements.
End-User Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions and create user documentation for administrators and end-users.
- Offer post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize usage.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with Planview's latest features and capabilities to ensure optimal utilization.
- Hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise (Planview One, PPM Pro, LeanKit, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with APIs and middleware tools for system integration.
- Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management (PPM) principles.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
