Job Title: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Absence and Time Tracking Expert. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience with Workday's Absence and Time Tracking features, as well as strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to gather business requirements, develop functional documentation, and translate these into system configurations. Additionally, they will need to configure absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Absence and Time Tracking Module Implementation: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  • Configuring Business Processes: Configure absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Time Tracking Configuration: Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
  • System Testing: Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
  • User Training: Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
