Closing Operations Specialist Role

We seek an experienced Closing Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end customer closing journey, ensuring smooth documentation and compliance.

  • Our team handles the entire closing process: agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.
  • We coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure timely handovers.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure statutory compliance including stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.
  • They will resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and closing-related documentation is crucial for this role.
  • Process improvements to enhance customer experience during the post-sales phase are a key focus area.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Closing / Assistant Manager – Closing with a reputed real estate developer.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes is essential.
  • Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills are required.
  • A Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA preferred) degree is necessary for this role.
