We are seeking a skilled and experienced Two-Wheeler Loan Collector to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in loan collection, negotiation, and customer relations. As a Two-Wheeler Loan Collector, you will be responsible for collecting loans from customers across various segments, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

You will work closely with our legal team to represent the organization in front of legal and statutory bodies, adhering to all legal guidelines and regulations. Additionally, you will allocate work to field executives, monitor delinquency, and initiate detailed account-level reviews as needed.

Your role will involve regular communication with customers, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect loans from customers across various segments
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Represent the organization in front of legal and statutory bodies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loan collection or a related field
