Lead Data Scientist Role

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data initiatives, driving business understanding through data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and initiatives.
Requirements:Must Have:
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, especially Generative AI, LLM/LMM, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (e.g., OpenAI/Gemini).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in working with big data and distributed environments.
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
General:
  • Good computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems.
  • Ability to lead small technical teams on projects.
