About the Role

Lead a team of skilled software developers and drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
  • Certifications in Microsoft .NET technologies or cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.
