Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive technology initiatives, reporting directly to our leadership team. This role involves working closely with the product team to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture, leading and mentoring the engineering team to achieve technical excellence.
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability, overseeing system architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals, translating product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
  • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8 to 10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is beneficial.
  • A minimum of 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services.
