Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive

Our company is on a mission to create a sustainable future. To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Purchase Executive who will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and managing our procurement process.

  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify reliable vendors that meet our quality standards and negotiate fair pricing terms.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct thorough evaluations of contracts to ensure they align with our business objectives and negotiate optimal pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare detailed comparisons of rates, obtain necessary approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project requirements.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate with project teams post-order to address any challenges or concerns.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all materials meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
  • Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
