Job Description

Arcop Associates is a leading architecture firm founded in 1985 for the activities of The Arcop Group.

The firm has a rich history dating back to the early '50s, known for its distinctive level of work. Over the years, our company has grown significantly and we are now looking for experienced professionals.

  • As a Site Architect, you will be responsible for architectural design on a day-to-day basis.
  • Excellent design and presentation skills are essential for this role.
  • You should be able to identify and address architectural challenges effectively.
  • Good site coordination skills and ability to resolve site challenges proactively are also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working drawings and detailing.
  • Good understanding of building services and coordination.
  • Versatile use of design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM.
  • Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage.
  • Preparing architectural reports and documents.
  • Knowledge of Local bylaws.
  • Desirable communication skill.
  • Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions.
  • Good multitasking skills and ability to work under extreme pressure.

Experience of working at site is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in architectural design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
