High Profile Site Designer with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled architect with minimum 8 years of experience to join our organization.
As an architectural expert, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction process from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent in design and presentation skills
- Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges
- Good at site coordination and identify and resolve site challenges proactively
- Working Drawings and Detailing
- Good understanding of building services and coordination
- Versatile in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage
- Able to prepare architectural reports and documents
- Knowledge of Local bylaws, Desirable should have good communication skill
- Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions
- Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure
- Experience of working at site
Requirements:
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Strong communication, Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
