• Excellent in design and presentation skills
• Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges
• Good at site coordination and identify and resolve site challenges proactively.
• Working Drawings and Detailing.
• Good understanding of building services and coordination.
• Versatile in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, Proficiency in 3 D software would be an advantage
• Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.
• Knowledge of Local bylaws, Desirable should have good communication skill.
• Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions
