Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing). Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for indirect categories.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have expertise in procurement management, negotiation, and contract management. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
