About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, foster collaboration, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Design, develop, and deploy marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Performance Measurement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign success, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in marketing, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a senior role.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in market research, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement.

Required Skills

  • Work experience as Head of Marketing or equivalent role.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on strategy development, budget management, and team leadership.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, and CRM software.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to set and prioritize goals, drive results-oriented work culture, and promote open communication.
  • Analytical mind, with expertise in market research, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
