Graphic Design Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a creative Graphic Design Specialist to conceptualize and design visual assets driving brand messaging, product awareness, and customer engagement. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with colleagues to produce compelling content resonating with B2B and B2C audiences.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing high-quality banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives tailored for e-commerce campaigns. They will also create emailers and newsletters aligning with marketing campaigns and improving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives for e-commerce campaigns.
  • Create engaging emailers and newsletters that resonate with customers and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
  • Work on B2B and B2C marketing projects to develop creative output that speaks to both audiences.
  • Develop storyboards and short-form videos/reels for digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand's design language fresh and innovative.
  • Support performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused ad creatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for digital channels (web, mobile, social, email).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in e-commerce or IT products.
  • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, ad banners, emailers, and reels.
  • Understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for e-commerce design is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
